Ellipsis Creative Studio is a multidisciplinary creative agency specializing in cinematic storytelling, visual strategy, production design, and brand development. 2. Eligibility and Acceptance

Exceptions:
 

• You may share publicly available work or press features for non-commercial purposes, provided that proper credit is given to “Ellipsis Creative Studio.”

5. Portfolio & Client Work
 
Ellipsis retains the right to display completed creative work — including images, videos, design mockups, and campaign content — on its portfolio, website, and social channels for self-promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing through a client’s Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or contract.
 
Clients who wish to withhold publication must communicate this in writing prior to project completion.
 
 
6. User Submissions and Communications
 
By submitting inquiries, creative briefs, or other content through our Site or email, you grant Ellipsis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, evaluate, and, if applicable, respond to or act upon such submissions.
 
You represent and warrant that your submissions:
 

• Do not infringe on third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy;

• Are not defamatory, unlawful, or offensive;

• Are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

 
Ellipsis is under no obligation to maintain confidentiality of unsolicited ideas or proposals.
 
 
7. Quotes, Proposals, and Project Agreements
 
All estimates, proposals, and project quotes provided by Ellipsis are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
A signed agreement and/or initial deposit are required to begin work.
 
Payment terms, ownership rights, and licensing of deliverables are governed by individual project agreements or the Ellipsis Creative Studio Services Agreement (based on AIGA standards).
 
Until full payment is received:
 

• All creative materials remain the property of Ellipsis Creative Studio;

• Usage rights are limited to review and approval purposes only.

 
 
8. Payment Terms
 
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
 

• A 50% deposit is due before work begins;

• The remaining 50% balance is due upon final delivery.

• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest fee or the maximum allowed by law.

 
Payments are non-refundable once production or design work has commenced, except where Ellipsis fails to deliver agreed-upon services due to its own fault.
 
 
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
 
Project cancellations or postponements initiated by clients must be communicated in writing.
Depending on the project stage, cancellation fees may apply to cover time, materials, and opportunity cost.
 
Ellipsis reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services for reasons beyond its control (e.g., illness, technical issues, or force majeure) with reasonable notice and will work with the client to reschedule or refund as appropriate.
 
 
10. Third-Party Services and Links
 
Our Site may contain links to external websites or third-party platforms (e.g., Vimeo, Instagram, Shopify, or payment processors).
Ellipsis is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any third-party sites.
Accessing these links is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the relevant terms and privacy policies.
 
 
11. Limitation of Liability
 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ellipsis Creative Studio, its directors, partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
 

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;

• Any inaccuracies, omissions, or interruptions in the Site’s content or operation.

 
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Site shall not exceed $100 USD.
